Are there sound limitations?


Yes. Live music and excessive amplified sounds are not permitted.




When does our tailgate start? How long does it last?


Each venue has separate rules regarding the amount of pre-event tailgating time permitted. However, typically our rentals are good for 4 hours prior to when the event or game begins. This will allow us to enter the parking lots and get your tailgating rental package fully setup. You are more than welcome to arrive when the lots open, however we do need time to get your space situated properly so we kindly ask that you grant us time and space to do so.




My desired location is not offered via your site? Can you not service another location?


We built our initial offerings with select venues in mind. We look forward to servicing more in the future and would love your input! Send us an email and we’ll try to get the logistics sorted out!: info@tailgateprofessional.com That said. Being based in the mid-atlantic region, should there be an event we think we can manage as a one-off, we will certaily look to accomodate. Please reach out via our Contact Us page with specifics and we promise to get back with an answer ASAP!




Can I extend my rental during the event and/or after the event?


One hour immediately after the end of the event is included. If additional time is needed, that can be purchased for an additional charge.




Do you offer grills?


Yes, we have portable propane grills available to add to your tailgate reservation. Your grill will come with propane and grilling utensils. Just add it to your cart after you pick your package. Specifications: - Weber Q2200 1 burners Propane Grill Titanium 12000 BTU - Cooking Area: 280 sq. in. - Height: 26 in. - Width: 51.4 in. Want to spend your day enjoying the festivities and not worry about manning the grill? Reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page and we can look to accomodate to have one of our professionals tend the flames and feed the hungry.




Do you offer food and beverage delivery?


As of now we do not. However we are looking for options to do so in the future. However, grills are available as an add-on package OR feel free to bring any food option of your choice.

What is included in the "Tailgating Essentials Pack"?


The Tailgating Essentials Pack provides clients with paper plates, plastic utensils (forks, spoons, knives), napkins, paper towels, 16oz. plastic cups and bins to organize it all on the tables. Go to our Standard Add Ons page to add this package to your order to make sure you are all set for game day!




Where is the tailgate setup and how do I find it?


Will be in a the specified spot located in your detail package. Typically five (5) days before your event, you will receive an email with event day details. You’ll receive information on where your tailgate is located, the day’s important timelines (start & end times) and parking options. The day before your event, you’ll receive another email with the name and contact information for your tailgate professional for the day.




Is the tailgate rain or shine?


Yes. Unless the event is cancelled (game, show, etc), at which a refund will be issued or can be credited to a future event. If severe weather conditions were to set in and Tailgate Professional is forced to cancel, all packages will receive a credit equal to half of the package balance paid towards a future tailgate.




Can alcoholic beverages be provided for my event?


Unfortunately this is not part of our services. Guests (21+) are allowed to bring any alcoholic beverage of their choosing to the tailgate as long as it aligns with the ground rules for the venue. We always encourage our customers to enjoy the day’s events and to always do so responsibly.




Use of third-party vendors


The use of a third-party vendor is at the sole discretion and is the sole responsibility of the tailgate party (client). Tailgate Professional bears no liability nor do they take any responsibility for coordinating the tailgate event with an outside vendor such as but not limited to: Caterers, Beverage Services, etc. A third party vendor can only be used for a service that is not offered by Tailgate Professional. In additional, the vendor must also comply with all rules and regulations of not only those laid out by Tailgate Professional, but those of the stadium/event parking authority. Tailgate Professional takes no liability or responsibility should or if the vendor is not granted access into tailgate area and/or is requested to vacate the premise for any reason.

When should I consider making my tailgate reservation?


It is suggested to reserve as soon as possible. All rentals are first come, first serve. We will do our best to accommodate all rental requests when and where inventory is available. If you do see a desired date is unavailable, please reach out via our Contact Us page to inquire on possible cancellations.




Does my reservation include parking?


Each stadium & venue manages parking uniquely and we will help you plan accordingly. Please refer to each locations parking information directory for more information.




Is the tailgate rain or shine?

Can you set up my personal equipment?


We will set up and maintain equipment owned and provided by Tailgate Professional. You are welcome to bring and personally set up your own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot. Tailgate Professional does not permit extra tents, deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill, open flames or loud generators.




Can I advertise at my tailgate?


Banners and signage recognizing businesses, a political candidate or any other form of solicitation may not be displayed nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior approval by Tailgate Professional and the event organizer.




What if I need to cancel?


We know unexpected events can happen and you may need to cancel. Call (702-378-3796) or send an email (info@tailgateprofessional.com) at least seven (7) days in advance of the event for a full refund. Should you need to cancel less than seven (7) days before the event, you will receive a credit equal to half of your paid balance to be used for a future game.




What if I have a large group outside of what is offered?


The more the merrier! We built two basic service offerings based on averages, but we know that not every group is the same. If you have a large group and need additional amenities, you can add extras items to your cart in the check-out process. You can also contact us at 702-378-3796 to create a custom package for your group.




What are you going to do with my email address?


Your privacy is important to us. We intend to use your email address as the primary form of communication leading up to and during your tailgate experience. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details as to our policy regarding how we use your personal information.
